Should have landed gatwick but new flight landed heathrow. Booked last minute from the states due to our flight home from being cancelled. The company answered emails with lightning speed and the staff was always very kind and courteous. It would have been easy for the company to refuse since we had already paid, and I greatly appreciated their integrity yet again. After coronavirus hit and our flight was cancelled, the company was willing to refund our entire balance, which we had already prepaid. It takes integrity to do such a thing for foreigners who don’t know how much things will cost anyway. We had to change our itinerary at one point and the company refunded 9 pounds as the revised journey was shorter than the original. We had a wonderful experience with Blackberry Cars.
